We are looking for recommendations for libraries that will allow me to automatically orient images. My project is in C #. I am looking for either open or commercial libraries.
I want to use these libraries on both documents that are scanned or faxed, so I do not have enough EXIF data
The image will contain mostly English text. I looked at the OCR that MODI provides, cannot go this route, as the client does not seem to be running Office 2007.
