I am developing a website in PHP that accepts PayPal payments. It uses PayPal's IPN and has a custom payment template, etc. All this works fine with the Sandbox server, but when it comes to showing my client, I don’t want him to tell them to log in / create a Sandbox account, create a customer account and make a payment - he doesn’t have time for this and probably he will not be able to do this.
So my question is: is there any easy way to show my client PayPal integration in “test mode” without using the sandbox? I understand that I can set the transaction value to 0.01 and just check on a real PayPal server, but this is not an ideal solution.

Edit: just to better explain what I mean, this is what my client sees when he first goes for review;

As you can see, he must log in to his Sandbox account before purchasing the product using the buyer's email address that he sets up. It is simply confusing and completely not user friendly.
