Resuming file upload in Google API Ver 2

I am trying to upload a large file to Google Docs. And I came across Resumable Download .

But how can I implement it in the Google API Ver 2?

From what I read in the V2 and V3 docs for the API, V2 does not support renewable downloads. You will have to manually process the download based on the v3 document specifications. This means that you will need to send an HTTP request to the server along with all the expected headers and content body, if necessary.
