HTML tags for email and links to other sections on the page

I am writing an HTML page and my requirements are as follows:

  • The HTML page contains some email id and when you click on these email id ... it should open a new Outlook page.

  • The page has certains sections and when you click on it. she should refer to a respected paragraph / section. Example: click a link to go to the section ....

Try to find the tag (Anchor). You will get what you need ... mailto will have enough of your email needs, and hash tags will solve the second.
