How do I make OneNote 2007 images searchable when pasted through code?

When I embed an image in OneNote 2007 using C #, my images have the Make Text in Image Searchable value set to Disabled.

How to insert an image using Make Text into an Image Searchable, or how to enable this property after importing an image.

I have already imported a lot of images. How to make existing imported images searchable?

I already know how to do this manually by right-clicking the image and setting the language. OCR works fine, I just need to do this automatically.
