Finding Twitter Best Friends Using Python

Question

What's the best way to find someone best friends on Twitter?

I'm trying to find a way to find out who they interact with the most, but I'm not sure which is the best way to do this. In addition, there are obvious things to check (this is the name of the user following this person, etc.).

I guess someone else thought about this, so I'm trying to get a little smarter. I use Python to figure this out. Any help would be great.
