ASP.net MVC 2 and MonoDevelop 2.2

Question

Is it possible to use MVC 2 from MonoDevelop 2.2 (using Mono 2.4)? If so, is it as simple as grabbing a link to the new System.Web.Mvc or is there anything else to consider?

I understand that any template support in MonoDevelop cannot be 100% there, as it was created to use MVC v1 (at least with MonoDevelop 2.2).

If someone can add any other tips or tricks that will also help.
