Where should you put the XSD documentation in order for JAXB to pick it up and put it in Javadoc?

I am developing the first web service of the contract and want to include relevant documentation in the scheme so that it is as descriptive as possible.

What is the best practice for posting annotations and XSD documentation such as JAXB and including them in Java files created as Javadoc? I noticed that some elements and listing get documentation, but some others do not. Is there a specific place that I have to place after each element, a complex type definition or WSDL operation, to describe each class, element or method?
