Cost of sending XMPP messages through the Google App engine

I hope this issue is resolved here. This is really not related to programming as such, but rather to the costs associated with it.

My question is:

"How much XMPP sends / receives message costs."

I can find all information about email, etc. But I could not find the cost information sending / receiving XMPP messages.
