Vs10 intellisense for jQuery

I can't get intellisense to work with javascript / jQuery code in vs10. The opening / closing bracket and parsers are not highlighted, and even more so autocomplete.

In VS08, we had to install a patch to get intellisense for jquery. VS10 does not need this patch to support -vsdoc files. An error occurred at 08 intellisense: if any project included .js files, we had an error, we would lose intellisense for JavaScript. This should have been fixed in vs10.

What is the current set of troubleshooting steps to enable intellisense for VS10?
