Can my iPad app be rejected from the app store to use the Tapku library?

I would like to use the Tapku library to add a calendaring date control to my iPad app. I'm new to iPhone OS development, and I'm still rusting out to identify third-party tools and code that will force my iPad app to abandon the app store. For those who used the Tapku library, will using this app in the iPad app violate the rules of the app store?

You should not have problems using a third-party structure. There are a lot of thoughts about what is happening and coming out, but from what I read, the scope is not included in changing the license.
