How to send emails using return path in .net 3.5

Question

Can anyone direct me on how I can send emails with the return path in ASP.net 3.5 / C # 3.5. I know that this was possible several years ago, but now because of problems with fake it is impossible. I look on the Internet, but do not use. I want emails, if they were bounced, to be sent to my inbox with an error, which might look like [e-mail].

Please guide. Really stuck ...
