Notify by email when a passenger error occurs

Question

Can I send email notifications when a passenger error occurs? Something like sending an exception notification email when an error occurs in a Rails application.

Interesting, because now we have no way to find out if someone hits an unexpected application developer or another error (for example, memory limitation, etc.).
