How to connect more information to a JPEG file?

APP0-APP15 tokens only support 65535 bytes (I read this from libjpeg.doc). What if there is a large piece of data in the jpeg file?

There are no restrictions on the use of several segments of the same type, depending on the data.

e.g. from Exif 2.2 specification, section 3.2

Compressed files can write extended data in excess of 64 Kbytes, dividing them into several APP2 segments.
