How to distinguish the street address NY "Queens-style" from the far address and the address number #

I need to distinguish the Queens style from the actual far address and the address with the number #. For instance,

Queens style: 123-125 Some Street, NY

Ranged Address: 6414-6418 37th Ln SE, Olympia, WA 98503

Address: 1990-A Gildersleeve Ave, Bronx, NY.

In case No. 3, A is unit number at street address 1990. Unit number can also be a number, for example: 1990-12. A range address specifies a range of addresses on the street, not a unique end address.

So the question is, is there an easy way to identify Queens style address from other cases?

---- UPDATE ---

Thank you all. From your answers, there seems to be no easy way to do this. I basically need to know if the street address in the form of ABCD-WXYZ is a Queens style address pointing to a single property, or if it is a range address.

What about some of the following questions:

1) Are all addresses in NY City forms ABCD-WXYZ? 2) Are there other places in the USA where this addressing style is used? Wikipedia seems to imply that this is true, but does not give any examples.

This is from the memory of growing there, so be careful:

Address e.g.

198-16 100th Avenue, Hollis, NY, 11423

You can first decrypt it by deciding whether the zip code is 11423 in Queens. If not, then punt.

"100- ". , "198" "198- ": , . "" "" .., "" - "", , "" - "".

, 198- , ( ) . , 198-16 199- 100- , , , 199- , 200-.

Your first example is the Queens style. Knowing that the address is in New York, and knowing that it has a specific street name, you can conclude that it is in Queens and relate accordingly. If you had a zip code, that would be even better, because then you could limit the processing of Queens style addresses to only those that have specific zip codes.
