RC Android is disabled

Question

If I create a view of the flag and call setEnabled (false), the flag looks gray, but if I create a radio volume, the view is inactive, but it will not be gray. Any idea?

@Arutha I think that you are out of order somewhere, I tried to create 1 checkbox and 1 switch, both gray at the beginning, when we check the box, it changes to green and it can be turned off, but when you checked the box, it cannot be removed unless we exchange a function for this. I believe this will clear your problem. If the answer does not fit the question, please clarify the question with the code.
