I used CodeRush with Refactor! Pro for a while, but I'm thinking about switching to ReSharper .
As soon as I uninstalled CodeRush, I immediately began to skip some key features, including:
- moving links using the Tab key,
- renaming variables, methods, etc. using the F2 key,
- basic refactoring such as extraction method, etc.
I am sure that the corresponding functions exist in ReSharper. But, despite looking at the ReSharper online documentation every time I find something is missing, has someone built a keyboard mapping table with shortcuts, etc., to the key features common to everyone? Or, if you used both products yourself, can you share some basic equivalents that you know about?
Note: this issue is not invited to discuss which is better. I like CodeRush, but I would like to know the first hand if I like ReSharper more. Rapid acceleration of work with ReSharper will help me to evaluate it fairly. For more or less debate, please refer to the question ReSharper vs. CodeRush .
