JQuery Sound Player

I was given 2 MP3 files, one 4.5 MB in size and another 5.6 MB in size. I was instructed to play on a site that I manage. I found a nice, clean looking CSS jQuery player.

My question is, is this the right solution for files of this large size? I'm not sure if the player preloads the file or broadcasts it? (If that’s the correct terminology) I don’t know much about audio players and things ...

Is there any other approach I should use to get it to play correctly? I don’t want it to be in the buffer, and the visitor was waiting, or the page was loading slowly ... etc. I want him to play cleanly and not affect the session of site visitors.

The name is a little misleading - MP3 playback is performed in the Flash component , like all other similar players. Part of jQuery is the control and configuration of the player (which is very nice, I do not say anything against the product).
