Oracle Row Change Timestamp

Is there a system column - timestamp - in an Oracle table to determine when it was last changed?

I would suggest that there should be one to allow matte views to pull changes only ...

Oracle uses a System Change Number (SCN). You can access it in the request as ora_rowscn. However, by default, it represents the time when the entire block was modified by an undefined row. If you need row level information, your table must be created using the rowdependencies specifier.

, . Oracle MLOG $ $RUPDS.
