Is symfony 2.0 stable enough to use?

I wonder if Symfony 2.0 is enough to use?

Because I have never used Symfony before .

Symfony 2 seems to be much better than the previous version, and I don't want to relearn / recode everything in a few months.

When do you think it will be released?

Would it be a smart choice to use 2.0 now?
