Unable to change the language of Joomla Default

Question

On this site http://www.bostonteaclub.com I want the default language to be Chinese. I set the default language to Chinese in the backend (it got a star next to it), but when you went to the page, you probably noticed that the site is displayed in English.

If you check the source code, you will see that the var_dump of the language object is hidden at the very bottom, and en-GB is still preserved in its appearance

EDIT The default language is used when the language file in the requested language does not exist.
