Change Column Sort

Question

I already have a database installed. I am trying to change the collation to a case sensitive to my username column, so it limits the login options to what they subscribed to.

However, I keep getting the following: #1025 - Error on rename of './yebutno_ybn/#sql-76dc_8581dc' to './yebutno_ybn/user' (errno: 150)

there are foreign key restrictions due to related tables ....

any ideas? it will save me a lot of trouble with the php side of things!
