Silverlight: Can I use custom cursors / mouse pointers?

I just found this page indicating Silverlight mouse cursor support:

What is that !: - | what they think, at least there is a stylish looking eraser!

Is there any other way to use custom cursors? How efficient / practical is it to hide the cursor and show png?
