SoapHttpClientProtocol disable ssl certificate verification

I need to tell my C # Soap Web Service Consumer not to check the certificate and just accept it. Is it possible?

Why: we publish only the https service. The client should consume it, but it has some kind of firewall / proxy (WebSense?) That does something in the certificate so that it does not pass the verification. At the moment, I don’t even know the details of what he is doing, but the client seems to agree on the benefits of taking advantage of SSL, so I'm looking for a workaround.
