Tortoise SVN doesn’t allow Add to SVN,

I created an SVN repository and added folders and added content and Committed. No problems.

But if we move on to adding a new folder (the rest were on the P: \ drive, now I want to add our site, which is on the C: \ drive), but Tortoise does not allow me to add the folder. I have no idea why. The help file shows the instructions that I expect ("right-click on the folder you want to add and select" Add ... "), but" Add ... "is not in the menu.

This is TortoiseSVN v 1.6.7.18415 (I am going to update it, but I managed to add folders earlier, so I don’t think it’s just a mistake, I think maybe I am missing something obvious).

You need to connect this folder to the repository before it can be added to the disruptive one. I believe that you will need to start by using the "export" option to connect the folder to a specific repository. You will need to check the repository in this directory to connect it. Once subversion knows which repository belongs to this folder, you can add subfolders to the same repository using the Add command. Just for the record, I assume it belongs to superuser.com

Just take one step as it worked for me. On the P drive, where you do the usual operations, copy the hidden folder named ".svn" (in the folder settings make sure that the hidden folders appear) and paste it into the folder of your C drive that you want to add. Now click on the folder that you want to add, "add" will appear.
