.Inc color code in Dreamweaver CS4 Mac

I have done this in all my previous versions, but I cannot get it to work in CS4. I updated the MMDocumentTypes.xml file to add inc to the php section. Restarting Dreamweaver does not help. I even updated the Extensions.txt file and it still doesn't work.

Has anyone had this problem?

Not sure if it works on a Mac either. Also here is a video tutorial .

update: It works on Mac too.
