How to install .app file on iphone device?

I have a .app file, and the pre-profile also contains devices that were limited when creating this temporary profile, when I use it to compile and install on iphone through XCODE, than it successfully passes on iphone without any problem with this pre-profile. But when I delete all the temporary files and the application from iphone and select the application file and the preliminary one and install it via itunes via the window system, it shows me a code sign error, even when I synchronize the iphone via itunes, it installs the preliminary one in iphone, but unable install the application file.

Is there any correct way by which I can install it on a window or any other OS without any glitches or any tutorial.

Is the application file that you are trying to install through iTunes built into the distribution configuration and using the distribution grant profile? You can drag, install and install the distribution (.app) from iTunes. However, you can set up development and distribution training profiles from iTunes by drag and drop.
