Hiding specific files in TextMate

Question

I make many JRuby on Rails applications, and we have enough Java.jar dependencies. They become quite annoying in textmate, since it really mutates my lib directory, and I should never (explicitly) really open these files.

Can someone tell me how can I hide .jar files from my list of files in Textmate ??

You need to change the regular expression "File Template":

TextMate-->Preferences-->Advanced-->FolderReferences

You just need to add |\.(jar)to your regular expression:

!(/\.(?!htaccess)[^/]*|\.(tmproj|o|pyc)|\.(jar)|/Icon\r|/svn-commit(\.[2-9])?\.tmp)$
