Smooth autoscroll scroll

Question

I have a panel in the form of Windows. The panel has autoscrolling. Scroll bars are displayed as they should, and scroll bars usually work as they should.

But the contents of the panel are updated only when you release the mouse button. How can I scroll the content when the scroll bar moves. (I want to duplicate the scroll behavior of most modern programs, such as word processors and web browsers ... move the scroll bar and the content scrolls immediately.)

I am using C #, Visual Studio 2008 pro and Windows XP-pro.
