Continuous music on site

I am opposed, since I am sure that ALL of you are, but my client wants to use background music on his website.

I am very new to this, so I was wondering how can I do this? I know that I should use iframes, but what is the actual way to use them? for example: I just create a home page with 2 frames (one for music, one for the rest of the site), and then every time the user clicks on the link, I can load the normal destination page - or I need to update all the pages in some way way to make sure they are "enabled frames"? Also, am I creating a frame to make sure it is hidden?

thanks patrick

ps please do not resume the discussion about why background music is not good - I know this and personally hate it. But the client is adamant and pays for it like that ...;)

I assume that first you will need to determine how you want to play music: flash, midi, whatever ...

Using an iframe can lead to size problems. Normal frameworks may work better. Of course, style it so that it is hiding.

However, the big problem is that when a user navigates from a website with links to the website, the music will continue to play.
