Do some preliminary research, and I'm stuck in the amount in the title. Namely, is there an APK redirection method installed programmatically from another application? I did not come across anything other than a hint of the following message:

I do not see anything in the documentation for the PackageManager, but I readily admit that this is an unfamiliar area of the SDK for me.
