Should non-english names be replaced with english?

Situation: automatically created memebers, such as MenuStrip elements, have their (automatically generated) names based on the text entered when creating the element. My most common situation is to create a menu bar and add menu items by entering their text (using a graphic designer).

Since my GUI is in Hebrew, all of these members have a name that contains a Hebrew string. Something like "(Hebrew text) ToolStripItem". When I create event handlers, event handlers "inherit" Hebrew text: "(Hebrew text) ToolStripMenuItem_Click".

This works really well, IntelliSense has no problems with Hebrew text, and also a compiler.

Question: should I change these names (or not create them in the first place)? What are the possible consequences of keeping these names?

EDIT: To clarify, when I speak the text in Hebrew, I do not mean the words in Hebrew written in English, I mean the real characters in Hebrew.

Always program in English. All the successful development teams that I had in some EU countries do this. This makes it a lot easier if the Dutch team (say) wants to sell the code (say) in Spanish.

This is really a maintenance problem. If all your developers know Hebrew, then you are kind, if you ever outsource part of the project, open source it or hire foreign developers, then English is a pretty universal language.
