IntelliJ IDEA Tomcat Manager Application

I am using IntelliJ IDEA 9.0.2, but I assume this question applies to previous versions. The Run / Debug Configurations dialog box has the Deploy option for the Tomcat Manager application, but I could not find the documentation on how to use it in IntelliJ Help or on the Internet. Has anyone had experience using this and know what URL I can use to access it after starting Tomcat?
