C triple dereferencing

Possible duplicate:
Used for several levels of pointer markup?

I used functions with double-dereferenced pointers (** var) to return values. However, I was recently asked a question to find out a use case where triple dereferencing (*** var) might be required. I could not come up with any practical scenario. Does anyone have experience here?
