"Subdomain" after the name of my site

Is there a way to dynamically create a kind of subdomain that runs between my site domain and .com?

For example, www.onlinevet.com would look something like this:

<i> www.onlinevet .dog .com
www.onlinevet. cat .com

This is not possible because the domains are processed from right to left in a hierarchical order, which means that each domain is a subdomain of the domain right from the right. To create a subdomain, it must appear to the left of your domain name. You can create

www.dog.onlinevet.com

, onlinevet.com,

www.onlinevet.dog.com

onlinevet dog.com
