Facebook Share does not display title / description meta tags that change after page loading

Apparently, Facebook Share does not receive title / description meta tags that change (via JavaScript) after the page loads. It mainly uses the meta tags available at boot time.

This is a simple example .

  • When clicked, the link will change the title / description meta tags. You can confirm that using Firebug.
  • Press f | Share: Facebook still always shows “Heading available on page load.” and "Description available on page load."

Does anyone know how to fix this?
