How to create xml file for izpack?

Question

I want to create my Java application in software. Then do it as an installer (setup). I also made a java application in an executable jar. I use IzPack to create an installer. But I do not know how to create an XML file for IzPack to add it. If anyone knows, send me an example procedure. Thanks in advance.
