I need to find the latitude and longitude of the zip codes and save it in my database

Question

I have a database filled with British postal codes, now Id like to be able to store the latitude and longitude of these specific postal codes along with the database record. Is there any way to get this data without violating any T&C?

I know that I can do this using the Google Maps API for each zip code, but I have more than 20,000 zip codes in this database, and each time these zip codes get lat and lng, this is not an option .

Also - how accurate is the information for you? If you just need a rough location, you can perform geocoding in Outbound (for example, "BS1"); I have seen user-based databases of at least well-reasoned legitimacy on the net for this.
