Clickonce Installation / Upgrade Does Not Display Taskbar Icon

When updating / installing the Clickonce application (Winforms, .NET SP1), the window on the taskbar looks like this:

In the actual download / install dialog, the application icon is displayed. How to make him show something other than this stupid taskbar icon?
