Is there a reason to use TFS 2010 in micro-ISV?

Yesterday I checked the VS2010 versions here , and I noticed that with VS10 with MSDN we get TFS2010 with 1 CAL. I am a micro-ISV (mostly the only developer, many clients).

I just want to save time - has anyone tried it in a similar scenario?

Are there any features worthy of attention in such a small implementation?

PS Right now I am using GIT with gitextension - I am pleased with this, but I would like something more integrated with project management and bug tracking so that I can show it to my clients when I work on their projects.
