How to save commit in Subversion?

If I’m not connected to the network, I sometimes want to package some changes to the commit, which is saved in the working copy and can actually be transferred to the repository after I return online. How can I do this with Subversion (possibly with additional tools).

You can use git-svn and install a local git repository that you will synchronize with svn. You can make local commits in the git repository while you work offline and push the changes to the central svn when you return online.
