Clickonce + .NET 4 framework + client profile offline

I have a Windows Forms project using Visual Studio 2010, and I'm deploying using ClickOnce .

I need an application to work offline as well as online.

I configured the prerequisite - .NET Client Profile 4 and installed the same thing for it as the application.

Everything seems to work as expected, but after testing, I found that installing .NET Client Profile 4 takes another 5 minutes or more and also requires a reboot.

Why install offline for so long (I thought it would be very fast, as promised)?

And why do you need a reboot ??

5 minutes? Do you think 5 minutes? It took an hour to install .NET 3.5. I would say that 5 minutes is pretty good. It will take more time to install iTunes, dude.
