Netbeans cannot find Tomcat launch

I am running Tomcat inside Netbeans. I have added a Tomcat server (not related to Netbeans) to the servers in Netbeans. But, when I try to start Tomcat, it starts (I can visit the Tomcat homepage), but Netbeans cannot find it. Where is the problem?

There is no stacktrace in Tomcat. When I deploy my project war in this Tomcat manually, everything works, but I need to deploy it automatically from Netbeans.

Configuration: Netbeans 6.8 + Tomcat 6.0.26 + JSF and Hibernate.

I changed the port from 8080 to 8081 and it seems to work. I don't have another Tomcat running in the background. Smth uses this port, and I do not know why.
