The “Test Case” and “General Steps” are the name and reverse name for the link type Microsoft.VSTS.TestCase.SharedStepReferencedBy . Similarly, "Tested By" and "Tests" are the name and reverse name for the link type Microsoft.VSTS.Common.TestedBy .
