Android: how to change time in emulator?

I noticed that the time in my emulator for Android projects is wrong. Its an hour ago. How can I change the time and can I do it in eclipse?

The question was 9 years ago, but these days (at least on a Mac) you just change the time of your Mac in the Date and Time panel in the OSX System Preferences, and it is immediately reflected in the Android emulator.
