Find out if the build is signed with Authenticode

I am using a third-party assembly. In the old version, this assembly used authentication. This led to the assembly loading longer. The vendor developer told me that the new version is not signed with authentication. How to check if this is true. On my development machine, the build was quick. Only on client machines took a little time. Can this be verified using a network sniffer?
