I am using a one-time deployment, but have a new access file, but I need an old one

This is the situation. I have a windows application that uses an access database to store information. Everything was going well. Now I'm going to release a new version with an updated access file (2 new tables, 1 old table with a new column). But the people who used the application, I do not want them to lose their information when upgrading to the new version.

What is the best way to deal with this situation?

I am using Visual Studio 2008 and vb.net to record the application as a window.
