Reply to the comment by e-mail and post it directly on the commenting system website

I developed a website using PHP and MYSQL. There is a comment system on the website through which registered users of the website can post comments on reviews posted by different users.

When a comment is sent for feedback, an email is sent to the user who posted the feedback, notifying him of new comments based on his feedback.

Now I want the feedback owner to be able to post a new comment in response to this comment, simply by replying to the email sent by the website.

I hope I was able to correctly explain my request. If this requires any improvement in explanation, I would be happy to know and make the appropriate changes.

Email is a completely different protocol than the Internet. First of all, you need a program that will poll the mailbox for one account (note that you will also need a mail daemon), and you have fuzzy logic that scans inside the message and puts it in the comment that belongs to it, you you can do it all manually, but I would recommend you use a framework. For PHP, I would say Zend. I added a link with some material.
