UIButton Disclosure Indicator

Question

Is there an easy way to place a disclosure detail icon on a UIButton? I am using a navigation controller and I want the button to be pressed to bring a new view to the stack, so I thought that the disclosure icon would be suitable, but I have not yet found an easy way to do this.

What I mean is something like the “When Timer Ends” button in the Timer submenu of the Clock application.

That "When the timer ends" is a "button" is not really a button, but a highly tuned UITableViewCell.
