Panoramic view in Windows Mobile (silverlight 4)

I watched a MIX session. The host there referred to the “Panoramic Experience” in a Windows phone. Is a ready-to-use control available anywhere or even for a counter in Silverlight 4?

I do not think there is control for this. It is not that difficult to achieve with a few visual states and some gesture triggers. Here is one article describing how to do this: - Panoramic navigation on Windows Phone 7 without code!

If I remember correctly, I thought that one of the Mix sessions really described in detail how to do this.
